End of March in Bük

Our stay in the hotel was very pleasant, reception staff polite, ready to help. Room clean but not everyday service. Excellent food. really excellent. Nice spa. The problem in the room was not tightly fitted door, that is why there was noise and cold by wind and rain. The room was changed.

We have been allocated a room with insufficient beds, necessitating one of us to sleep on the couch. The staff exhibits some unsavory practices. We observed a waiter dropping napkins on the floor, collecting them, and then placing them on tables. We also witnessed different waiters placing silverware and glasses on tables without cleaning them. Cheese was repeatedly served on the buffet for several days. We encountered two different items on the buffet that deteriorated (liver soasage and yogurt). Overall, the experience was unsatisfactory. (I personally spend approximately 100-150 nights at hotels annually, and most of them are more affordable than this one. However, this is the first time I have written a rather negative reference because the establishment is in disarray and poses a health hazard.)

Viszont a fenti rész fizetős lett.

Man hätte extra aufzahlen müssen. Eine Frechheit für den hohen Preis. Beim Check out gabs das gleiche Problem.

V zážitkovom bazéne často nefungujú Whirpooly a plavčíci to riešia až keď ich niekto upozorní. Bolo by treba dôraznejšie upozornenie, väčšie písmená, aby si to všimli.
