The spa service is on reservation which doesn’t make sense. The massager guy is only available for limited time which doesn’t match with their time table. "

Staff is very attentive in many locations, namely ski rental equipment, restaurants but reception lacks the attention and persnal service to elevate the stay to higher standards. No special benefits were given to us that were ;promised on booking"

To start off its in a very busy intersection with a lot of traffic noise. It was a maze to get to front of hirel given that its literally at one corner of a 4 way highway.
