"everything is okay except air conditioning "

"I think it was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at, and trust me I've been to a lot. everything was just spot on, great great great vibe, super friendly and relaxed staff. asked for a quiet room and the room on the 7th floor was just super quiet. a\c is perfect, got to a point it was too cold for me :) the shower is super strong and super hot, what more can you ask for. "

"This was a great hotel for convenience and location to the trams. The restaurant had AMAZING pizza! The trams to get around are located right down the street which was perfect for navigating Zurich! The room was a bit small but worked out perfect for my husband and I. There are USB plugs to charge your phone as well! You would need an adapter for a flat iron, a blower dryer is provided tho! We didn’t use it but there is small kitchen area. No room service or a/c but the weather was nice so the...

"I was pleasantly surprised at how nice this hotel was especially being near the airport. It was quiet at night and i don’t recall hearing any planes soaring overhead. The rooms are lovely and clean, just what i needed for a long layover in Zurich."

"Everything was excellent, except it was not possible to get in touch with the hotel to arrange the shuttle. Due to cold, rainy weather, we took a cab to the hotel. After complaining, we were given a $10 credit which covered the cost of the return shuttle (however this was still $10 short of the amount paid to get to the hotel from the airport.). The communication about the shuttle should be improved."
