"Great location, good customer service, large room very comfortable for three adults. Indoor pool greatly appreciated after a long train trip."

"It’s a great shame that a lovely heritage hotel does not get the respect it deserves. My room was not satisfactorily cleaned as housekeeper left beds poorly made, carpet not vacumed and did not replace used glasses. Shower was mouldy and window sills and skirting boards dirty and dusty."

"Room was clean and well prepared. Staff were fantastic and the breakfast was delicious, was the usual foods but just all with a little twist to make them tastier. Would definitely stay again"
