"Great location, beautiful property and great staff."

"Room was nice and clean. Staff greeted us with a smile. Breakfast was ok, as I was expecting that they would have waffles as part of the buffet breakfast…but they did. The location was great, walking distance to the square, also secluded enough that we slept well. "

"We booked a last minute city break with the family. Travelling with 12 & 14 year old. We arrived quite last and the reception was still open and the guy was very friendly and got us checked in and to the room in a speedy manner. The room was a suite and very spacious with a bedroom on the first floor and a large room on the ground. Very modern and clean. Both rooms had en-suite. The bar was excellent to sit at before heading out in the evening. Very well positioned hotel to explore Bruges. Parking in the adjacent underground car park very easy. Overall we had a great stay at this hotel."

"Beautiful stay in Bruges. The hotel is a lovely property in a great location! My only issue was the shower stall - the bathroom did have a full tub, however the shower was very small."

"Receptionist was friendly and funny, WiFi was fine, didn’t try the breakfast, rooms were charming and comfortable. Hotel is very well located, only a very short walk to the central square. "

"La localización excepcional, el personal muy atento lleno de detalles al recibirnos, unos chocolates deliciosos en la habitación con una botella de vino, pastillas en la recepción, lo único fue la alfombra en la habitación que estaba con polvo y que la habitación era extremadamente pequeña, casi no se podía caminar por sus lados. Tenía un balcón hermoso con vista al patio que invitaba a pasar más tiempo."
