"This is a lovely upscale hotel in Perugia city center. Walkable to tons of shopping and restaurants. There was a medevil parade going on when we arrived so we were unable to drive up to the hotel. The walk to get there was long and incredibly steep so we were unable to get our luggage in until later in the evening. Oscar at the front desk was very kind to a slightly hot and irritated guest (me!) and made the situation so much easier. We ended up very much enjoying the parade and although it was...

Every staff member greets you with a smile and are always offering you a coffee or something to eat. The rooms are very modern, cozy and quiet. The bathroom shower is top notch.
