"Good hotel, probably nicer than we needed for the time we spent there. Only had breakfast one day due to leaving early the other days, but the selection was pretty good. Room was nice with a decent shower, however the power sockets oddly didn't all fit the Indian plugs we had. Light switches were also a bit overcomplicated. "

"The staff was amazing and very helpful. My Check in and Check out was very easy and comfortable. I even got a breakfast paarcel in the morning as I had an early morning flight. Will Definitely stay again."

"Room and bedding is luxurious, food was very basic and bland, especially South Indian dishes in buffet. Some staff are ok, some don’t acknowledge any Indians, I saw them smiling at foreigners but head high when they pass by normal looking Indians "

"Thi is BY FAR the best hotel experience I have had in my many visits to Bengaluru and other cities in India. The front desk staff is EXCELLENT. The property is beautiful and very flexible for meetings and events. I had an event in the Saffron restaurant and the Service Staff and food was exceptional. I am so grateful for the extra care and kindness I received. Thanks you all for such a beautiful & stress free experience!"

"My first time at this amazing hotel. Staff are all fantastic; room is beautiful; breakfast is best I have had in India (extensive selection of western and Indian). I requested a late check out due to late flight to Canada - so the manager (Mr Prasad) let me relax by the pool for the afternoon and I booked a spa treatment with (BiBi). Special thanks to the amazing staff which also included Shantu (front desk) and Jagan (fitness center). I HIGHLY recommend this hotel"
