"Amazing location for the old town (cafes, restaurants and boat trips around the lake) also amazing views of the lake at the hotel. The thermal pool is a great facility, the food and wines are beautiful. In particular the staff were incredibly friendly and accomodating. "

"We knew this hotel from when we had stayed a year ago. Oh how low it has fallen! No service at the pool, no service at the bar, no air conditioner (despite being at 29 degrees ) We had booked two nights, but we chose to leave after the first one as it was just such a terrible experience. Will not come back again."
