"Great hotel in a quiet location away from the tourist spots, but accessible within minutes via stairs or an elevator. The included spa amenities were fantastic! The cozy bar and lounge was nice to have after a day out exploring. Warm and hospitable. Everyone there was extremely helpful with all our needs and questions. Would stay there again! "

"The hotel is beautiful and the staff were very nice !we enjoyed the spa and the room, but We had one problem in the room The AC wasn’t working and they sent us somebody to fix it but he couldn’t. When we ask for another room the lady said it was full and her solution to the AC problem was to open the window. We were very disappointed and couldn’t sleep because of the noise outside. Beautiful hotel but no AC."

"The hotel is very beautiful, well maintained and the staff are very friendly and accommodating! I would especially like to mention the manager Jiri (George), who was exceptionally nice! There however are some things that I must mention, that should be noted. First of all, there is no air conditioning at this hotel and when it’s a hot day, the room is extremely hot at night!
