The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful – from the front desk to housekeeping, everyone was welcoming and professional. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options including both local Vietnamese dishes and Western choices – perfect for any taste. One of the highlights of my stay was the tour organized by the hotel. Everything was well-planned, the guide was enthusiastic and knowledgeable, and the entire experience was smooth and enjoyable."
