"Water park water quality was very bad, but the others were excellent."

"The hotel has everything for kids and restaurants are nearby in abundance. The sea at the time we were there (April) wasn’t super Thailand like clean. Found it strange that the hotel bar was empty and not showing any sports on the tv. It needs an update and you could see signs of it having been empty during Covid. Staff were friendly, apart from when we asked for sports coverage in the then empty bar for the kids to watch. "

"We actually enjoy our stay. The staffs are friendly but on point. There was a foreigner who secretly smoking in the pool area. When the staffs found out, they were fined on the spot and asked to leave the area, which is nice and rare to see."

"Everything about Royal Cliff is absolutely stunning. The views are unbeatable, the pool is beautiful and the service is amazing. My ONE complaint that would prevent me from staying again was the fact that I was moved twice due to a mildew smell in the room and every single room (even the one i stayed in for a week) had this awful STRONG odor of mildew. "NOT RECOMMENDED. One of the worst resorts I’ve stayed at. You can get so much more for your money at other resorts nearby. The location was in the middle of no where and if you want to go into town, you have to take a grab or bolt. There is a hotel shuttle but it’s only at 2pm and 6pm. The “beach” is a dirty short strip of beach. You could walk the entire length in less than 3 mins. The hotel overall is old and cobwebs every corner. The staff are not helpful at all. "Stay 4 nights with my family. Everything was good and our kids enjoyed staying in this lovely villa. The hotel is not close the city centre of Pattaya but you will get a quiet and peaceful surrounding in exchange. Staff were all very nice and professional, easy to communicate in English. Special thanks to Arm and Rainbow from the front desk. They made my stay a truly unforgettable one."
