Outstanding stay for families at Amari Pattaya! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We absolutely loved our stay at Amari Pattaya. The breakfast was incredible — so many amazing choices, everyone in the family found something they liked and included a kids food corner. The pool area is a huge highlight. With different slides, our son didn’t want to get out! We stayed in a Deluxe Pool View room and it was perfect. The massive king bed was so comfy, and the big windows gave us a clear view of both the ocean and the pool below. The location is fantastic for families too — right where you need to be. We’ll 100% be staying here again on our next holiday to Pattaya. Highly recommend! 10/10

The room was great but on some hotel rooms (my room) there were no doors except the shower and toilet had a door, but the sink and tub was one big open room. The breakfast was the best thing ever I love it it’s so good, so many different variety’s of food. I also got a good view of the pool and beach on the side. FYI u have to cross the road to get to the beach. Overall rating :4 stars

The breakfast was good with many options. Checkin and checkout were quick. The room was comfortable. The pool facilities are nice for kids, however, they are very poorly managed. Despite there being three guards around to manage the kids sliding through the water coaster, the guards managed to flop it up. My little one got smashed on the head by another kid who the "life guards" let go down the slide before mine had even cleared coming through the tube. He got a massive bump on his head and for the rest of the trip did not go on the slide except early in the morning next day before anyone else had arrived, and immediately stopped after the first kid arrived to use the slide, for fear of being injured again. Thanks Amari! The concierge desk was also quite poorly managed with prioritizing. I could never find him at his station and when I did, he reluctantly answered questions. Overall a good hotel in terms of facilities but with substandard staffing, training, procedures and security.

All the staffs are very nice n professional. The rooms are great n very nice n clean. Lot of amenities. So please with the service. Definitely will recommend this hotel. Everything are great. The breakfast buffet have wild varieties of international food.
