As always - A wonderful stay. My only issue on this particular stay was everytime I turned off the TV it would need a channel scan. I don't watch TV much anyways but I do enjoy the news from time to time. Sabai-Sabai

過去に宿泊したことがあり、今回値段がかなり安かったので再度宿泊しました。 部屋はとても綺麗で、値段以上のクオリティに満足でした。 1泊ずつ別々の予約だったせいか、チェックイン時に、部屋がなかったのか1泊目をアップグレードしたペントハウスルーム、2泊目を予約した部屋に変えてくれと言われた為断りました。次の提案が、同じカテゴリーだが、次の日別の部屋を変えてくれと。意味が分からないので断りました。同じカテゴリーで連泊なのに。最終的にはチェックインが15分かかったので、それが残念でした。

Sauber und und zentral gelegen

Mein Zimmer lag zur Straßenseite, daher war es innen recht laut. Das nächste Mal würde ich ein Zimmer zur Poolseite buchen. Es war alles sehr gepflegt, man merkt, dass das Hotel professionell gemanagt wird. Aber es waren viele Russen im Hotel.

South building smelled terrible like sewage broken all the time. Room looked ok but not really clean. The north building usually smelled fresh and good but not any more, same as the room. Hairs and dust left on floor from previous guest. Hallway was noisy from other guests, either spoke or laughed too loud or slammed the doors. Swimming pool was not maintained well. A bit disappointed.

Stayed in a penthouse poolside room. Staff are easy to communicate with in English and quite accommodating. The rooftop pool was nice & peaceful compared to the pool downstairs, though not the biggest. I don’t think everyone who stays realizes there is a pool on top and that was just fine with me!
