"Main pool needs to be cleaned, very dirty, hair, things floating in it and the sides of it very dirty. The beach front is not for swimming. It is rocky, shallow, dead coral, and lots of garbage floating in it. It is about a 45 min walk or 20 min grab to get to a nice beach. Garden pool is great. The entire garden area is much nicer. "

The staff are super friedly and helpful, the manager present and helpful, the hotel is in an amazing state and the rooms were wide and spacious. The food selection at the 2 restaurants was good, but the quality and the taste of the food was fantastic! The pool could be a bit cooler but that's also a symptom of the weather conditions. Staff were so attentive and was great to have regular ice water given to us on the beach and evening turndowns. "The hotel is secluded which is great but also requires for transportation to anything outside the hotel. If you want to eat in a local restaurant rather than the hotel it's a 30 min Car Ride away. As long as that is acceptable to you no issue but if you like to go outside the hotel from time to time this can be an issue. There is nothing around the hotel area that can be deemed as acceptable, at least not what we have been able to check out. "
