The hotel and staff were excellent. The rooms are clean and big. The pool is really nice. Ai was wonderful from the front desk. The only issue is that there are too many Israelis at the hotel. They were loud, disruptive and very obnoxious. At times they made the hotel feel very uncomfortable.

Loved the Centara Reserve- loved being away from the hustle and bustle of Chaweng but a walk away or tuk tuk drive away. The resort was so green, and well looked after. Breakfast was yum- so much variety, was fresh and healthy. The rooms were stunning- clean and well maintained. Beautiful bathrooms. Loved the refill mini bar and the surprise of the day. Only complaint would be that there is one lift at the whole resort- lots of stairs. Staff were beautiful- nothing was too difficult I can’t wait to return there in the future.

Everything is spotless, and the staff is incredibly sweet. There are fun daily surprises that aren’t advertised, and the gym is excellent. The pools are serene as well. They have thought of every detail except reminding me to put more sunscreen on my white pasty body. I highly recommend this place. I will be back for sure.

The staff were amazing, the resort itself was immaculate and I don't think you can find better on the island. Hands down, best hotel stay I have ever enjoyed. You don't know what good service looks like until you stay a few days at this hotel.

Property was gorgeous. Well maintained. Staff super friendly. We arrived with flowers and a balloon in the room. Our view from our balcony overlooked the ocean just spectacular. Food was a notch up as you would expect. Would highly recommend

Nice hotel but cleaning could have been a bit better. Didn’t LOve the location but the staff was great
