"Perfect resort "

"Cleaning and breakfast staff were lovely. At reception communication was not great. Firstly at arrival I was not welcomed to pay the sustainability fee by card. They wanted cash. ( it would be good to communicate this beforehand) When I insisted to pay by card to avoid fees from the cash Maschine , all my cards were weirdly rejected at the hotel reception. (My credit cards worked anywhere else during my vacation) I wonder why cash payment is preferred.. Then I asked at reception to order a taxi going to Kos town and agreed on a price but when I met the taxi driver the next day he said I had to pay 5 € reservation fees on top of the agreed price. The receptionist did not say anything about this. Nevertheless, I had a lovely time. Thanks for the hospitality!"

"My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary and it was absolutely wonderful! From the moment you walk in, there are breathtaking views. The staff is great and the rooms were beyond our expectations. Would highly recommend!"
