"We actually enjoy our stay. The staffs are friendly but on point. There was a foreigner who secretly smoking in the pool area. When the staffs found out, they were fined on the spot and asked to leave the area, which is nice and rare to see."

The only reason I'm not given 5 stars is the quality of the beds in the room. I stayed in the family room which has two bedrooms. The main bedroom had one king size bed, however the bed was very hard. The other room had two single beds roll together. They were very uncomfortable and the beds moved when you sat on them. The hotel is not close the city centre of Pattaya but you will get a quiet and peaceful surrounding in exchange. Staff were all very nice and professional, easy to communicate in English. "The property is a 10/10 with beautiful views of the ocean. The beach is a bit dirty with plastic and seweed on the beach. The staff are amazing and friendly. "The hotel has everything for kids and restaurants are nearby in abundance. The sea at the time we were there (April) wasn’t super Thailand like clean. Found it strange that the hotel bar was empty and not showing any sports on the tv. It needs an update and you could see signs of it having been empty during Covid. Staff were friendly, apart from when we asked for sports coverage in the then empty bar for the kids to watch. "
