"The air conditioning in the room didn't work. The management informed us the air conditioning system was working from 12pm to 2am only during the night shift. This was surely a bad experience. I have paid for a facility with air conditioning and that condition was not full filled. The gym needs full renovation - it's a messy place and kids under 16yo coming into the premisses despite announcement at the main entrance. Old and dirty equipment. "Awesome Hotel definitely worth the price"

"Lack of clothes storage space in in Large rooms -only 2 narrow drawers, no long ( dress) hanging. No " what's happening" info in room. BUT big disappointment in that hotel website boasts that all restaurants open at this time of year and in fact only two were and only on certain days. We enjoyed our vacation there but we were little bit disappointed that in la carte restaurants there is additional charge for dining options.
