"We had a wonderful stay at Indigo Hotel, the room was very clean and modern and very comfy bed. Our room was cleaned every day and aircon was nice and cold. The buffet room was very modern also and lots of different options for food. Staff were lovely and always very helpful. The rooftop pool was our favourite, really nice view and the cocktails and bar staff at the swim up bar were excellent. Happy hour was from 5-7pm every day and was always a fun time. "Fantastic hotel and service. Only two points to improve: 1. Checkout took 35 minutes which is 30 minutes too long, way too long. 2. There was an issue with towels, seemed there was a consistent shortage of towels in the rooms and had to use same towels for 2 days"

"Always an excellent stay at the Grand Mercure. An oasis in the heart of Patong. Endless food and entertainment only steps away. Outstanding dinner buffets almost every other night, a must-try. Staff absolutely too-notch, helpful and kind. Excellent pool, and swim-up rooms available. Lots of on-site activities, family friendly, shops and a little bar too! Highly recommend hotel. "

"What I liked - Excellent location on Patong beach, right next to Bangla road. - The rooms are very good. What I didn't like - It can be very, very noisy at night. I had a room facing the road, and you could hear tuk tuks blaring music, people revving their loud scooters, and people yelling on the street all night, until the sun came up."
