Excellent Hotel and service. Everyone was so nice and friendly. Breakfast was the best that we had on on our entire week long holiday. Excellent choices on the menu. Pool was amazing and property was very well maintained. Property is in the best possible location. Very close to the beach, shopping and food. We liked the property so much we stayed an extra night. My stay at the resort was wonderful. The staff is super friendly, as usual, and the people and culture are amazing, to say the least. The resort itself is beautiful, very spacious, and has great food. The only negative experience I had was with the late checkout. My flight was six hours after my checkout time, so I wanted to extend my stay for a few extra hours. They wanted ฿2,500 for five additional hours, which made no sense to me because ฿2,500 was also the price for booking an entire additional night. I understand the resort is probably trying to make money, especially since it’s low season, but I felt it was unrealistic to charge the same amount for five extra hours as they would for an entire night. I wish they had worked with me and offered a more reasonable price, maybe ฿1,000–฿1,500 for the extra five hours, but unfortunately, they weren’t willing to accommodate that. Other than that, everything was great. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend the resort. I just wish they had been a little more flexible with the late checkout.

We loved the cart boys, specially Sol ❤️ Service was very poor otherwise, receptions English was not good. Cleaning was very poor and got a bit better after a complaint (I rarely do) Calling the cart to pick up was a lottery, maybe they come, maybe they don’t. Facility was nice. Parting hotel under construction -no noise. Good for children

Positives - Spacious rooms and clean - Friendly staff, with a special mention to Lookpla who went over and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcomed Negatives - Pillows smelled slightly musty - Garden facing rooms had a lot of mosquitoes - A BIG NEGATIVE was that guests were allowed to book sun lounges ALL DAY. There were many booked using towels but unused.
