We absolutely loved our stay at Gracelands Patong! The location is perfect — close to everything you need while still being a lovely place to relax and enjoy your holiday. The rooms, facilities and overall atmosphere were great, and once again we had such an enjoyable stay. This was our 4th time staying at Gracelands, which really says how much we love coming back! This it's the second time we have stayed at Graceland Phuket. The staff are FANTASTIC, the location is really close to everything. Right across the road from the beach, taxis at your back door, tuk tuks across the road. Cheap laying service and restaurants near by. Grat place to stay

Staff were always smiling and attentive. Room was large and comfortable. Big bathroom with toiletries replenished daily and with clean, thick, quality towels. Bed was very comfortable. Shout out to the housekeeping staff who do a great job. The restaurant staff at breakfast were excellent, despite having to handle hundreds of guests. It was so busy from 8.15am onwards, so I suggest going early. Food was great with options to suit all tastes. ATMs in the lobby were very convenient. Hairdryer was poor quality, either slow and cool or slow and too hot. In room Tea options only Earl Grey or flavoured. Luckily I took my own English breakfast. Enjoyed our holiday and will stay there again.

We had a lovely stay at Graceland Resort. Our room was fantastic as we had pool access and would definitely book this again Our room was also wonderfully clean thanks to our amazing housekeeper Arisa. She greeted us with a warm and friendly hello and smile each and every day, and when we saw her in-between. All the staff at the hotel were wonderful and are what made our stay great. Some areas of the hotel could do with some maintenance including new fitness bikes in the gym as they didn't work as they should. The gym provided a great range of equipment which enabled us to keep up our gym regime while away. The main restaurant was being refurbished while we were there so we had our daily breakfast at the front restaurant which was superb as we could see the ocean while having breakfast. This was one of the best parts of our stay. The hotel location is superb as it's just across from the beach and far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Bangla. A special thank you for my birthday wishes and cake which was an unexpected surprise.

I loved everything about this hotel!!! The pools, the food, the location, all perfect! Great for families, couples and solo travellers as it seems to have something for all. Definitely recommend getting to pool by mid morning if you want to get a good spot on the sun chairs
