"Hotel was excellent - the only complaint was that they tried to put me in a room with no window so if you suffer from claustrophia that's not so good. Luckily the hotel was not fully booked when I stayed and the staff changed my room."

"Disappointing overall experience compared to other hotels in this chain. Check in experience was poor as my wife was denied room access before I arrived despite messaging in advance to explain she would be there first. Reception staff were rude in handling this situation. The rooms are clearly minor refurbs from the hotels previous exeistence and lack the quality and flair of the Edinburgh and (sadly now non existent) Glasgow hotels. Bathrooms in particular are dated Overall a pretty flat experience from a brand that promises more. "
