"The air conditioning in the room didn't work. The management informed us the air conditioning system was working from 12pm to 2am only during the night shift. This was surely a bad experience. I have paid for a facility with air conditioning and that condition was not full filled. "My daughter and I stayed here from 23/3 to 30/3 in a beautiful Seaview room. I can't give enough praise to the all of the Staff who made our holiday a brilliant experience. The front of house staff were so helpful and went out of their way to book taxis and suggest nice places to visit. "It is a wonderful hotel/s. The beach room could use a little update but location to the sea, pool and bars/ restaurants is unbeatable. The beach is all sand and clean water. The food is very tasty and everyone is friendly. It’s a very nice resort. The beach is perfect. I would come back again. "

What I didn't like is more to do with the nature - the rocks in the water hurt very much when you kick one you didn't see - if they could just clean the beach from underwater rocks everything could be just perfect."

"The property was very clean and the staff throughout were very warm and very welcoming. The only issue I had was the fact that I have paid for a family room so that my brother who was already in Turkey can stay with me. I was made to pay extra charges, as it was difficult for them to understand that no one would pay for a family room [ with a space for 4 people ] for one person! I ended up being charged twice. Expedia was extremely unhelpful to resolve this issue, which added to my frustration....

"The hotel management were extremely supportive via my elderly mother's comfort Mehmet Bey from customer services was always there to assist us. The hotel is on huge green field, with many facilities. Open and closed pool available. Especially location is very green, between lakeside river, sea and water resources.
