"Beautiful hotel in a great location right next to a great beach. Very clean and lots of hard working, very pleasant staff. Beautiful areas to relax in but costly at 9 euro for a glass of wine in a country where most places charge less than 5 euros. "

"The area was very beautiful and tranquil, the resort was first class, staff were all friendly and very accommodating, always eager to help. They had free shuttle rides into the Marina and back which was so convenient, with lots of activities on offer. Beaches, shopping malls and supermarkets nearby and a lot of other nearby towns to visit. I definitely will be going back and will recommend it to my friends. "

My room on the top (5th) floor had a beautiful sea and golf course view (though have heard rooms on 1st floor - under the swimming pool - were pretty grim). Great breakfast. Excellent location - 100m from the beach. Only things I had to fault were magnetic room key access - lock mechanism clearly needed replacing (tech came twice but didn’t resolve the issue) - which meant I had to go back down to reception to get a new card almost every...

"One of the best value for money stays that we have had recently. The studio was of great size, we had all of the british tv channels, the resort has great view points for both sunrise and sunsets and has a lot paths for walking"

"The Octant Vila Monte is a beautiful hotel set into the countryside about 4-5 miles from the beach. As soon as we arrived we felt relaxed and peaceful as the hotel, its grounds and our room were presented beautifully. The staff in all areas were so kind, friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect.
