"My family and I had a brief stay for a few appointments as we live over four hours away from Pittsburgh. We were so happy with our stay at the Crowne Plaza. It was very clean and comfortable. The staff were always so happy and welcoming. Very peaceful and the beds were super comfy! We come to Pitt often and this hotel will be our new go to hotel. A+ in my book."

"Loved staying at the William Penn Omni. Excellent location within walking distance of theaters, Market Square, Station Sq, museums, restaurants and the Strip district. "The room was not cleaned as the front desk assigned us the same room 404 we checked out Tuesday morning (3/31). The towels , bedding and bathroom vanity top were same as we left. Management needs to pay more attention on details!"

"The breakfast was ok. We didn’t have many interactions with staff. Shops nearby are conveniently located and much to do . We were happy with our stay, clean and up to date. There is a train that runs right by the hotel and runs often. It didn’t bother us but should be noted. Still would recommend. "
