โStaffs at reception were kind and professional. Welcome and farewell were satisfactory. Spa facility was generally excellent except for the case that no warm water was provided at shower booth in indoor pool around dinner time. Rest of it, overall service and facility were exceptional. I would like to visit again.โ
โThe hotel is very smart and, although has a lot of rooms, never felt especially busy. Itโs a 25-35โ walk to town (uphill on the way back) but the two helpful shuttle buses mean the only challenge is getting home from dinner. The gym and spa area and gym are large and excellent. Most importantly, all the staff were fantastically friendly and fell over backwards to look after you.โ

From the moment you check in to the moment you check out the staff at the resort are completely devoted to your every need. They truly go above and beyond. In fact other hotels should send their staff members to the recort to get trained on what good hospitality really looks like. โThe staff was over the top! They helped make dinner reservations, scheduled spa appointments and went out of their way to provide breakfast for us when we needed to leave early in the mornings. We ate dinner at the restaurant and it was by far the best meal we had while in town. Our room was very large and luxurious. Every day when we returned our rooms were fresh and clean with a new treat to welcome us. Highly recommend staying here! PS, I forgot to mention the view from our balcony ๐โ
โEasily the best hotel weโve ever stayed in. Five stars means five stars here. The staff are on hand for everything you could ever need and more. Rooms are huge and spacious, breakfast is plentiful, and the shuttle service is a huge help. Had the most incredible stay - not a single thing to fault!โ
โAmazing property, newly renovated with fully equipped kitchen for our room. There is also a wellness area with infrared and steam saunas, with outdoor heated pool and hot tub after a long day on the mountain slopes. โ
