"Most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stepped foot in. Smells like mold and pot throughout the entire hotel. Bodily fluids on the bedding and smears of other things on the wall hangings. Literally someone wrote “clean me” on the wall with a wipe. Whole thing was musty and nasty. We checked out immediately and they fought hard not to give us a refund for the 3 days we booked there. We didn’t get a refund from the hotel for the first night though we didn’t stay. Worst experience dealing with hotel staff who “didnt know how” to give us our refund and didn’t answer the phone for the hotels customer service to help with the refund. Horrible dealing with customer service through hotels.com as well. I spent 5 hours trying to work this out and get some money back. Heavily recommend you search elsewhere for a comfortable stay. Do not bring children there for sure. They didn’t even vacuum the floor. Disgusting place and useless people. "

"The room was clean and had everything needed for a good stay. Restaurant was very clean and staff very friendly pool and hot tub was great. Only problem I had was when ppl went out doors they would slam. Was awoken by the doors multiple times"

"It was avery comfortable room, loved being on the first floor! Close to breakfast, very convenient grab and go! Loved the full sized fridge and freezer. Overall all an amazing stay!!"

"Avoid. Marginally clean. Tub was gross. I did not feel comfortable taking a shower. Lamps that were supposed to have 2 light bulbs had only 1. No Kleenex supplied in room. Remote control on TV did not work. Had to go to the desk 4 times before someone came to the room and figured it out. Outside stairs are treacherous. The railings are at least 6" too low. You have to be in a bent over position to hold the railing."

"Spacious room. Stayed at the renovated wing but no soundproofed walls- woke up by heavy footsteps next door at 5 ish first day and alarm went off at a nearby room at 6am the second day for 15 min. The room was a bit dusty n deeper cleaning needed. Wifi- weakest wifi signal I have ever had in a hotel room! Slightly better if closer to the outside hallway. I had to use my own data. Safety- glad I checked the doors shared with the neighbour rooms. One of the doors from my side was not locked! Scary for those who travel alone."

"Good location, I really like the microwave. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Front desk lady could have been more friendly and helpful. I sought help twice and both times had to wait for her to be back to front desk. She was also uninterested in providing assistance."
