Sataying at hotel aqua

I Had a great time at hotel aqua i stayed in the hotel for 2 weeks due to work,In the evening i had a great relaxing time in the tremal pool and dinner in the hotels restaraunt which had good food and great service, i will be going back in a weeks time in the same hotel and hope i get the same service wihich i dont doubt 😊

Recepção Excente, café da manhã muito bom. Restaurante do bar muito bom e restaurante principal excelente. A piscina aquecida interna é grande e dá acesso à piscina externa (também grande) sem ter de sair da água. Banheiro ok, somente a cama que é muito baixa (a parte superior do colchão não dá 40 cm do chão).

Ein Ort der Freundlichkeit

Es wird alles dafür getan, dass man sich hier wohlfühlt. Ich hatte einen super schönen einwöchigen Aufenthalt. Ein kleines schönes Zimmer mit Blick auf den Pool. Gut klimatisiert und auch bei 37 C absolut geeignet. Ein topmodernes und sauberes Bad und ein sehr bequemes Boxspringbett. Alle meine Sonderwünsche wurden mit einer sehr netten und herzlichen Zugewandtheit lösungsorientiert erfüllt. Ein Ort der Freundlichkeit und positiver Energie. Ich komme gerne wieder und gebe alle Sterne, die beim Voting zur Verfügung stehen.

Absolut schlechter Service von Hotels.com

Der Aufenthalt war sehr gut, einzig bei der Abreise musste ich den Zimmerpreis nochmals bezahlen. Zuerst wurde er mir von Hotels.com via Kreditkarte belastet dann wurde mir im Hotel erklärt, dass sie keine Gutschrift erhalten haben und ich den Preis bezahlen muss. Als ich mich bei Hotels.com beschweren wollte, konnte ich keinen Kontakt finden. Via Chat wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass die Bestätigungsnummer 9173944769214 unbekannt sei. Ich bin mir von Hotels.com und anderen Anbietern einen wesentlich besseren Service gewohnt. Wie erhalte ich die Mehrkosten zurück??????

все хорошо, но..

отель, которому с одной стороны хочется поставить 5+, с другой 3 из плюсов: -отличный завтрак! очень вкусный, полезный!замечательные официанты (одна девушка говорит на русском) -хороший бассейн с термальной водичкой (йод в составе). Работает с 8 утра до 23:00! Мы купались утром и вечером - днём ездили в Венецию, Верону - есть велосипеды и самокаты, которые вы можете использовать абсолютно бесплатно - сауна и баня - различные мероприятия для жителей) в пятницу на рояле играли -главные администраторы (управляющие) очень хорошо работают! готовы помочь в любой ситуации. Спасибо! из МИНУСОВ - мы приехали большой семьей на 9 дней и изначально я просила номера с нормальным видом. На месте оказалось что с нормальным видом все занято и нас поселили в самые худшие номера в отеле с видом на крышу. У родителей номер был с видом на трубу )) которая ещё и шумела весь день (не сильно, но людям с чувствительным слухом - это сильно). При заселении обещали поменять через 3 дня на другой номер. В итоге ничего не поменяли. При этом на сайтах hotel и booking были свободные номера (ну вот как так ?) я просто так и не поняла как отличить нормальный номер от номера с видом на крышу и трубу )) -при выезде ещё раз оплатили городской налог. за три комнаты получилось 67 евро - из минусов отмечу курящих на балконе соседей, дым от которых заполняет вашу комнату. у родителей несколько дней были именно такие соседи)) . Итог: отель отличный, но есть но)

Da wir schon zum dritten mal im Aqua zu Besuch waren, sind wir immer noch von Team und der Anlage begeistert. Ob Mimmo mit seinen Fangos, ob Francesco an der Reception, ob das sehr nette nette Serviceteam am Frühstück, wir werden wieder kommen, es hat uns sehr gefallen. Danke euch nach Abano !!
