“Great all-round.. only issue as its a pub our room was over the main pub so was noisy until 11pm when everyone left. After that it was great. Great breakfast to. Highly recommend.”

“The hotel is very pretty and picturesque. Housekeeping and the rest of the staff were very friendly and polite. Reception was the exception. Nothing major, but when we arrived, staff weren't sure about simple things like parking or whether we could use the business centre, and kept having to check with each other. A smile and a warm, friendly greeting would also go a long way. It's the first impression guests get, so it's a shame it didn't match the rest of the stay. The air-con in my room...

“I would not stay here again. The rooms are old and tired. Avoid at all costs the first floor rooms in the building across the courtyard. They are incredibly hot and stuffy--even when it was cool outside. They know it because there are 2 fans in the room, which didn't help at all. The management at the hotel was also very unhelpful. We used a third-party vendor to book the room for 4 nights and prepaid it. Because of our schedule we wanted to shorten our stay by one night. Management told us they...

“The staff were most welcoming and helpful. The property is absolutely gorgeous and food and drink was amazing!”

“Room was clean and a good size, lighting to do makeup was non existent though and ended up being guesswork. Coffee and tea facilities in room great and a small fridge which is helpful. Sadly our air conditioning wasn’t working properly but didn’t report until end of trip as we were basically busy enjoying Stratford-upon-Avon. Location was perfect and in easy walking distance. Bar was comfortable but a little expensive and didn’t use the restaurant”
