"Overall, I like the hotel and the hospitality of all staffs were superb. The staffs were accommodating especially when there was a problem, caring, polite, respectful and professional. The complimentary breakfast was great and I love their vegetables omelette. Overall, the food at the restaurant was great. I will plan my reservations there in the near future. Thank you Mistro Residences for an amazing, awesome and beautiful stay at your hotel."

"I would not recommend booking this hotel through Expedia based on my experience. The reservation I made through Expedia was apparently not recognized by the hotel, leaving my guest without accommodations upon arrival. As a result, my guest had to pay out of pocket for another hotel. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, Expedia has not provided a satisfactory resolution or refund. the hotel apparently does not utilize Expedia, but someone does, who has received the funds for this...
