“The cleaning staff was very kind and helpful. I informed the front desk and maintenance staff of the air conditioner leaking inside the room was never fully fixed. Also informed them of the shower head leaking and was never fixed. The front desk personnel were very ho hum and the continental breakfast was dry cereal, and the coffee served in small cups with just plain sugar. The room was clean for the most part and needs serious renovation.”

“After checking in we went to our room and instantly had the smell of cigarettes. I went back to the office and they insisted this is a non smoking room. I told them I have allergies to cigarettes in which she responded she does too and wears a mask when cleaning the rooms.. they gave us a different room, it also smelled. I would have gone to a different hotel but there are no other hotels in the area so we had to take the room. Several times there were people standing outside our room talking...
