"it took a long time for the water to get hot. It was very chilly in the morning and we couldn’t even turn the heat up so we were very cold in the room."

"As a family of four we look for comfort in a room with space. This room was a good size, room for luggage and humans. The bathroom floor stayed wet and we had to use several towels to mop it up. Great location. "

"Great stay. Room was nice. Loved the water and coffee area. Staff was great. Location is great as well! Close to a lot of things. The only thing I was a little disappointed in was we had to leave a day early due to an emergency at home. I wasn’t sure if we’d be able to get any money refunded but I asked the front desk at check out and he said if I contacted Expedia and let them know, he was sure we could get something back. But when I contacted Expedia, they said they called the hotel but the hotel said no they couldn’t do anything. Just a little frustrating."

"The pool was cold as it took a while to heat up after they said it was fixed the week before. We also asked to get our sheets changed and didnt look like they did it. Also had to ask for toilet paper since they didnt leave any. Not great stay"
