Plenty of parking, staff very friendly. Room was comfortable. Breakfast was meh, and maybe cleaning the room once in a four night stay would be good. Beating in the room very annoying, too hot.

This property was clean, bright, and functional. I especially appreciated the shower setup that didn't require me to be in the water stream while adjusting the temperature. Breakfast was plentiful and the woman running the breakfast service was incredibly kind, thoughtful and helpful. And she didn't stop moving for a minute. Constantly cleaning and refilling. Amazing. There was an outside area where you could eat breakfast which was nice. would definitely stay here again if I had to be in the area again, and maybe even if I didn't! Wifi was quick. No problem working either in the room or while sitting in the breakfast area. I didn't use the pool or the gym (although points for having a lift for the pool) so I can't really comment on those. My only complaint is that people were smoking right outside the breakfast area so if you wanted to eat outside without getting smoke in your face you couldn't do that. But that is more an issue of smokers being rude than a problem with the hotel.

Nice and clean room. The staff were great!! We needed help with our TV connection twice (clearly I didn’t know how to work a television) but a staff member came and evening manager came up to assist us. Both were very helpful. The pool area was clean great experience.

They were completely booked during our 3 night stay which speaks to the consensus that it’s a good hotel. Best is the staff’s attitude! :). Next best is the included breakfast. However we asked for a new room immediately because our ceiling had several leak/water stains during a nor’easter. Also, we didn’t mention this, but the door in room 421 has big gaps at the edges & is a security concern. No water came into the room and as far as we know, our items were not distributed. The staff respected the do not disturb. On the disappointing side was the pool because it had a slime layer that we were told was the shock chemicals and the floor of the pool was old/dirty looking. We didn’t try the gym, but it looked decent. Carts to move our luggage, parking, coffee, a mini-mini mart, and desk staff were always available. If it sounds like we didn’t like it-thats wrong. We would stay there again.

Have stayed here several times now as our son attends a nearby college. Very reasonable for the price, and easy to navigate the area. Staff is always great! We brought our dog on this trip. Upon walking him back in from a potty break, Damian (breakfast cook) saw us and asked if our dog could have a little bacon. He wrapped up some for us to take back to the room for him. Very thoughtful and appreciated by the pooch!!

Very clean room and excellent parking. Staff was pleasant and the price of the room was excellent. Breakfast was sufficient but not super. If in the neighborhood of Montgomery County, I would book this property again!

Pool was not usable…dirty. Fitness room- TVs didn’t work for the room and half of the treadmills. Water in the lobby was in a broken plastic container that had tape on it holding it together. Towel holder in the room was coming away from the wall. No conditioner in the shower. Overall, the property is a mess. Everything looked dirty.

I was staying at this Hotel for a business trip in Philadelphia, and I have to say it was an overall amazing experience! The breakfast prepared in the morning was delicious, and the staff were very welcoming. I will definitely be choosing this location for future travels!

It was a clean and nice and breakfast was decent. The only thing which made me embarrassed was that I met many dogs in the morning. I didn't knlyow tha wet was a pat friendly place. Other than that, it was good. One more thing, most of dogs I met there, they were so cute

We arrived at 2:45 and check in was at 4. They said our room wasn’t ready and we had to wait. No problem. Our daughter who is in diapers, however, needed a diaper change. There was no changing room in the restroom and the staff’s only idea was to change her on the floor of the disabled stall. They offered no place of privacy or anywhere that wasn’t the floor. After us, about 10 other couples and families came to check in before 4, all were told the same thing- no rooms are ready. At 4pm on the dot, magically all 10 rooms were available. So for over an hour, we had to wait in the lobby with 2 young children, one with a very smelly diaper. I understand check in is at 4, but I’ve never been to a hotel before that won’t give a room out if it is ready before the check in time. On top of that, we requested a pack and play, which they did have available. I was disappointed, though, in the fact that we had to pick it up and carry it ourselves on top of everything we had for ourselves and our kids. I asked if we had to take it with us, and the response I got was “unless you want to come back down again and take it then.” Our room was fine, breakfast was fine, everything was fine but overall, I was just disappointed in the lack of hospitality in this specific location. I don’t think we’ll be going back anytime soon, especially with our kids.

Coffee cold when I arrived. No creamer in canister. Got one night’s sleep out of six nights. Middle school aged kids running throughout the halls for two afternoon/evenings. One parent had his legs up w/shoes on in lounge area on table. Large group of parents w/kids gathered outside at night directly under my room window making a lot of noise for over two hours. Group did not disperse till after midnight. Loud TV played till 4:00 am and after 2:30 am. Hotel not able to control its out of control guests/issues. No freezer in room fridge. Was told it was a “cooler.” While some staff were polite & helpful, overall hotel lacked control of insensitive quests. Supposed quiet time did not exist.
