This is a beautiful property with excellent staff who are truly a pleasure to know. It’s let down by the amount of children who sit and splash around the swim up bar . The rules of no under 16s at the bar are not enforced . Maybe considering and adults only pool rather than a kids water park area which is unused would be better for your customers. I’m sure more would return if this happened . All in all it’s a beautiful well maintained hotel with fantastic food and amazing staff .

An amazing 5* hotel, with the best all inclusive we’ve ever visited. The buffet was amazing and the a la carte restaurants were sublime, again all inclusive. Snacks, cocktails, milkshakes and ice cream all brilliant. Staff all very friendly, polite and helpful. A great family holiday with everything you need at the hotel, yet easy access to Abu Dhabi with Ubers and taxis. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay very special. I can’t name any stand out staff as they were all fantastic. Thank you!

Nice place.

Great hotel. Only thing I would improve is that for an all-inclusive package, I would expect at least a restaurant available every hour. Given that is not the case, you have to accommodate your plans to the schedule of the hotel, which seems counter intuitive to me. For example, the restaurant was not available between 4:00pm - 7:00pm.

What an amazing hotel, the staff were so friendly. The receptionist Harman was lovely. She helped us out so much. There was a lovely young lad, Wendell, who did our drinks for us such a amazing character, another lovely person called Zebh we met at the bar was so friendly, the food was to die for I’ve never had such tasty food ever on holiday. The rooms were nice. We had a family room but we never wanted a family room because we went as friends and it was a bit awkward having a family room.. we had a bad experience with a taxi driver that was ordered from the front door of the hotel, but the company that hired the taxi driver was at fault, not the hotel, all in all the hotel was beautiful. The ambience in the restaurants were lovely and food was amazing. You can’t go wrong! Thank you Rixos you were amazing x

I recently stayed at this wonderful resort in Abu Dhabi, and I am thrilled to say that the experience was exceptional! Overall great hotel. Superb facilities with excellent levels of entertainment for all ages; families with or without children. A la carte dining options are authentic and very well executed. The New Year’s Gala Dinner was fantastic and a credit to all whom organised it. The rooms are comfortably appointed and the hotel is spotless; cleaned regularly and rigorously every day. The all inclusive package makes the difference with children and is generally very good value for money. Thoroughly recommended.
