“I am easy to please, but my wife is more difficult. We both rate this hotel a 5 star. We stayed there with a mother in-law and sister in-law. Everybody loved this hotel. This was by far the best hotel we have stayed in. The food was also the best. It was beautifully prepared and served. The staff was also the most professional. it was definitely worth the money.”

“スタッフの方々は非常にフレンドリーかつ親切で大変気持ちが良かったです。 洗濯乾燥も無料でできて最高でした。 トイレとお風呂がセットなのはやはり使いにくいので、そこはマイナス。 あとWi-Fiが弱すぎて、あまり使い物にならなかったのが残念です。”

Staff were particularly helpful, providing information about visiting potters and taking care of sending our luggage. Hagi was a lovely city with much to see and do. And the sakura were in full bloom everywhere!”
