The staff were absolutely fantastic. I felt the bedding was not fresh and found some stains so i requested a change and they attended to it promptly. Although i had breakfast just once, i absolutely loved the yam and egg dish served. it was simply perfection. Coming from Uk i found the standard of the hotel beddings and towels very very old and worn out and past thier use by date but hey! I managed it some how. I booked online but should have done a walk in as the walk in rates are far cheaper.

I enjoyed my 2 night stay. Seems newly renovated. I love a clean new bathroom and really enjoyed my shower. The bed was super comfortable and huge. I think the bed was a California King and the room is spacious. I love the lounge and pool area. I enjoyed my breakfast and loved that they call you the night before to get your breakfast order in advance. The staff was very friendly and helpful with great customer service. It is perfectly located in the city center and very safe. You can easily walk to anything thats needed but I had a driver so that wasn't necessary for me. I will definitely come back the next time I visit Abuja.

A home away from home

The hotel is in need of renovation. That's the only downside. Staff is helpful and take the time for you. In the hotel's debut you have a food and shopping plaza

Convenient location but reception not friendly

Unhelpful reception but that was mainly caused by hotels.com as my booking was nowhere to be found. Reception had non chalant attitude about it but so that put me off but the Kitchen staff was friendlier. Overall great location but let down by reception staff other staff were great though. I wouldn’t use Hotels.com next time though

The hotel is very nice and the staff is great and super friendly. One thing is they don’t have a good selection on Continental food on their menu and for what they do have when you call to order from room service, they seem to never have ingredients in house to make anything. Also a better complimentary breakfast selection is needed as eating the same thing all the time can get tiring especially when the bread is never toasted properly and no jams or butter or salt or pepper are brought with your room service order. And when asked they say they do not carry any to bring to you. This was my only issue with this hotel during our stay of 17 days is room service and menu need major improvement.

Not much lightening in the toilet to even see the mirrow. There were dirt stain in the bathtub and sink. The fridge was not clean. The staffs were nice but did not help take down my luggage and had a secret word with the driver to increase my fare last minuite so he can have a cut and i saw the driver giving him his cut. I will never stay there again
