Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind sauber, gross und gut eingerichtet. Es funktioniert alles einwandfrei. Es gibt auch einen Aufenthaltsraum, wo wir sogar Geschäftskontakte pflegen konnten. Man kann sich hier wohl fühlen und hat ein grosszügiges schönes Ambiente. Schöner Garten bar mit Grünanlage und sogar einen Billardtisch. Wirklich alles perfekt.Da kommen wir gerne wieder hin. Preis Leistung ist sehr gut für Accra. Lage: Das Hotel liegt nahe am Flughafen und ist dank Google Maps sehr gut zu finden. Verkehrstechnisch leider auf der falschen Seite, wenn man ins Stadtzentrum muss.

Best hotel I've stayed Soo far

My family and I stayed there for a night and it was perfect, great customer service, good food even though I would recommend having more options, clean and spacious rooms, everyone was great at what they do. Definitely staying again when we visit and hopefully longer than just a night.

I will have to file for refund, because I don't know how you have this hotel listed on your website. First, they lie about the distance between the airport and the hotel, second their phone number is not operational, third when I asked about them no one seems to know where they are. For the night, I had to find another hotel on the spot spending extra money that I did not plan on spending

Central Location

Not sure who is responsible for rating this as a 4 Star on Expedia but it is clearly not. Believe that. This is easily a 2 star hotel. Pros: Room was clean Cons: Bathroom was dirty. No curtain in the window of the bathroom, so as a female, well you already know. Only one roll of toilet paper provided. You have to keep calling to ask for more and you'd only get just one again No room services for 6 days. Same sheets 2 towels for 6 days No water provided in the room. Once has to buy regular bottled water at a crazy premium.

I don't usually leave rating, but this one I have to. This hotel does not deserve the price that they charge. The hotel looked totally different from the photo available in Expedia (even they said the photos in Expedia are wall papers), it smelled really bad, the bed sheets weren't clean or what have you. It was one of the worst and I would never dare to recommend this to any of my friend. I wish there was a score of "0."

Just Ok

I expected a little more. The room size was fine, however; the sink was leaking. They placed a bucket under the sink to collect the water. The tv did not work. The air condition went off at times. The staff were very loud in the lobby area. I stayed in Accra for 10 days and only spent one night there. I was happy to leave.
