Zimmer groß und geräumig. Bad etwas abgewohnt und die Klimaanlage ging zu Beginn nicht. Wurde aber sofort behoben. Gardinenstange war defekt daher kam man schlecht auf den Balkon aber trotzdem machbar. Meerblick sehr hübsch aber kein wirklicher „Strand“ (Steinstrand) verfügbar. Dies war uns aber bekannt und nicht schlimm, leider war der kleine Abschnitt mit alten Holz vermüllt und das hat es getrübt. Frühstück war dürftig. Personal sehr nett. Parkplatz vorhanden.

This property is unique in that it is sunken into the rock face. It offers 2 options; one with a view of ocean and one with an internal courtyard view. Both are pretty, but if you can upgrade to ocean view!

When there are more people staying at the hotel you end up with a cold shower. It was fine our first few nights until more guests arrived. When they arrived we discovered is has thin walls. Besides that we loved staying here

Great hotel but not easy access to Catania

Zeus residence hotel was very new, so facilities there was quite nice. We stayed in a deluxe room with sea-view, and the roome was quite large. There are also some kitchen things with a induction heater. However, public transportation is really poor in Canizzaro area. There are two buses, but once an hour. So, you prefer city life, you should stay in Catania city center. You might pay ~30 euros for taxi to go to Catania. You prefer swimming in the rocky beach, this hotel should be a good choice. You should know that the rocky beach might not be proper for family with little kid.
