โLesley and stephen were great hosts , bed was so comfy , linen so fresh . Internet access was simple . Was able to park round the back . Breakfast was excellent. Great choice , definitely recommend this beautiful B&B to anyone . โ
โWe had a super stay at Hillcrest; Mark & his father were very welcoming and supportive and the breakfasts were fab! Our room was really clean and comfortable and the en-suite was exceptional; we wish we could have transferred it to our own home. If we are ever in this part of the world again, there is absolutely no doubt where we would stay - at HILLCREST! โWe spent the night here as we had an early flight in the morning. It was great - quiet, very comfortable mattress, just next to the airport and with a pub that serves food then minutes walk up the road.โ
โ Visited friends in Alnmouth and booked in here for 1 night. Lovely room, bed comfy, big shiwer. Breakfat topper,and the street has many bars and restaurants. The lovely coast is 5 mins walk.โ
โWelcoming reception. The food is amazing. Family friendly pub and restaurant. Rooms ok. Toilet cistern... you must press both buttons together to flush otherwise the nouse of water all night long. Instructions would be helpful along with a notification to say milk in fridge. Staff go extea mike to look after you. Bed comfy. Pillows confy too. โ
โFelt safe and comfortable. A little dated decor wise, but very clean and had a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The cafe/bar restaurant was good and the quorn burger was delicious! :) โ
