Beautiful views from the windows to die for, location, etc. Hotel is in excellent condition, furniture, room design, etc. Breakfast is very good. Great options for fine food in the area. You need to be prepare to walk a lot in the city of Matera with steps up and down including to and from hotel. If you can not walk - it is not for you. Very modern property within one block of the Centro historico district. Alessandro was an exceptional host. He was very responsive to messages and helped us with parking.

The actual property is very nice and well kept but it is in the industrial area so you really need to be up for to a 15mims walk to arrive to the Trully area, where is all the fun happening.
