"We only booked one week in advance of our trip. Check-in experience was great and staff gave good recommendations for places to eat in Dundee. Pool area was busy but a bonus to have. We didn't eat in the hotel but food looked good. Would definitely recommend staying here when in Dundee, very handy to the Ember bus routes."

"Had an amazing stay, comfortable bed, hot shower, great food and amazing staff in a beautiful quiet location. Shout out to Daisy and the other 2 young workers, they do you credit. Went over and beyond to make sure i was looked after."

"Located right in the middle of town, we stayed in Kinnoul, larger than anticipated the two floors were wonderfully clean and modern, couldn't have been better. Lovely kitchen area with everything, apart from tea towels so we had to use the hand towel. Some reviews say there is noise but we must have been lucky, maybe neighbouring apartments were uninhabited during our stay, whole place was silent, apart from town clock chiming every quarter hour, which didnt bother us and wasn't through the night so all good. Entry was easy once we cottoned on how to 'wake' the keyless entry pad - place 3 fingers on it! Code to room didn't work which was frustrating after such a long journey, phone call to the mobile number on booking was answered immediately and we were given correct code, so not really an issue, once I very pleasantly surprised 👍😊"
