“Hotel and room were beautiful. Check-in clerk was friendly and welcoming. Location was completely charming, and the breakfast was very good. We were in suite 7, and therein lies the problem. An hour after checking in and prior to leaving for dinner we discovered our TV didn’t work. We mentioned it to the clerk who said she would have a look while we were out to dinner if that was OK with us. We gratefully agreed and left for dinner.
