현지 물가비에 비해 싸지않은 가격이나 조식은 정말 아니었음. 청결도는 중간정도. 기타서비스는 기대하지마세요. 다만 에티오피아라서 더 나은 호텔을 찾는건 쉽지않긴합니다.

Travelers beware. All the sheets and pillows have stains on it, the bathroom floor was wet upon entry, and it seemed like something was leaking. The room is general was old and not so clean. Our check-in process was not good, the manager tried two difference credit cards and the machine won’t work, so ended up asking to get on their WiFi so we can book through Expedia. The manager was hesitant because he said Expedia charges a commission. There doesn't seem to be another option, and after booking online, he was hesitant in giving us the room even with our confirmation number. The music in the garden was incredibly loud, it seems like there was a party going on, so we asked front desk when it will go until. They said probably 3AM and that all the rooms can hear music, so we wouldn't be able to switch to a room further away from the music. We have a flight to catch at 6AM the next day. Would not recommend this hotel at all.

Stay away from this hotel

I had the worst experience in this hotel. After booking a room on Hotels.com and paying the sum required, the receptionist denied to let me check inn unless i paid more. He said I paid less than what they wanted to earn and he needed me to pay twice that. Redicoulessness of whole situation was that there were customers waiting for room and i think he wanted to give them my room and charge them double. After disscussing with him for hours and denying to leave, he called the manager and two other staff at the hotel and it took me probably 3h to get the room. How is it possible this hotel has four stars? No wifi, very poor breakfast and demanding a customer to pay more at the check in? Never heard somthing like this before. I hope Hotels.com will remove non professional hotels like this from his page, since we use this page alot.

I stayed at this hotel because it was close to our office. I checked out early because I had to go another office location in Ethiopia. I am still trying to get a refund from the hotel almost a month later. The owner kept saying she need to talk to Finance to get me a refund and that still has not happened despite several trips to the hotel. I will not be staying there again.

My stay in Addis Ababa

A very comfortable hotel, close to the Airport in Bole with easy access to restaurants, shops etc. The staff are accommodating and very helpful. I would recommend this Hotel for anyone doing business in Addis Ababa. I was only there for 3 nights, but will certainly consider the Mosaic on my next trip to Ethiopia.

It was ok except that their 'queen size bed' is actually 2 single beds put together horizontally, so there's a gap right where one's backside is that slowly gets bigger throughout the night. Terrible! Also there were no towels in the room (which I only found out when I got out of the shower) and breakfast is pretty average

Would not Book Again

Booked a junior suite (king bed and jacuzzi) and was given a normal room. After trying to explain the booking I was shown three different rooms and finally just settled on the same room with a king bed. I was told, the description of the junior suite on hotels.com was incorrect. Breakfast buffet was cold two mornings in a row and generally whenever the hotel hosted events (twice during my stay) the kitchen was overwhelmed and you could not order anything. Some of the staff were great but not enough to make up for the general lack of effort.

Pleasant Staff

I am surprised the hotel has a four star rating. If the rating was more reflective of the facilities, I believe that I would not have been as disappointed. The rooms do not have air conditioning. Initially, we were assigned a very small room. However, when we inquired, the hotel happily and quickly upgraded to larger room free of charge. The T.V. was extremely small and the condiments were limited. The shower rod was hanging from the wall and the bathroom was extremely small. Also, almost every day, the hotel hosted a lunch and/or event which involved music which was played loudly from lunch time until evening. It was difficult to locate the hotel and due to construction, entry and exit were challenging. However, the staff was wonderful. They were very friendly and accommodating, the front desk, restaurant, and cleaning staff.

Hardly 3*

The hotel is one year old (and that's why I chose it), but it looks much older. it is located in the middle of construction sites and even the entrance is littered with stones. The main problem was lack of internet connection. The manager said it is a national problem, but I found out that other near-by hotels did not have the same problem. The TV has only two channels and some of the time had no signal. I had a water leak from the bathtub and it was not fixed despite the good will. The breakfast was very poor, but at least I enjoyed the sunshine in the garden. the staff was nice.

Excellent hotel and staff but construction noise

I couldn't stay because of the construction noise. However, the hotel staff was very helpful in trying to satisfy me by showing me differrent rooms hoping to find a less noisy one but with no use. The management was understanding and cooperative and found me another hotel and paid for it. I will surely stay in this hotel when I visit Addiss Ababa next time after they finish the construction
