Convenient to Addo
Quiet with magical setting, Lisa meets you on arrival with an enthusiastic smile filled greeting. The room was very cozy, clean and roomy. The kitchenette was the best stocked with necessary items for self catering that we have had in one month of South African touring

From the second we stepped over the boundary, we were made welcome by Lisa and the team, including the gorgeous doggies. Lush green grass, incredible views over the river and the little lodge itself was spotless and so tastefully designed and finished. Lisa gave us a huge folder including things to do, but we already had plans. Dinner in the restaurant was incredibly good too.

Breathtaking views & wonderful host
Our visit to River Front Estate was much too short! The view from the porch was absolutely beautiful, the room was well furnished and the bed was so comfortable. Lisa is an gracious host and I would highly recommend a visit here if you’re exploring Addo.

Clean property and well maintained accomodation just missing an aircon. It was extreamly hot and an aircon would have made a huge difference.

The property location was out of town and it had an away from it all feel with good views. The hostess was helpful and friendly.

We had a wonderful time in this accommodation. Everything as described. Only 3 min from the grocery store and 10 min from the main Addo entrance. There is also a restaurant with delicious regional food on the premises. Very nice hosts. We will be happy to come back again.

Cute room with spectacular view and lovely host
The room was clean and lovely decorated. There was also enough prevention from mosquitos provided. We stayed for two nights and booked a Safari with a provider closeby. Lisa has been a FANTASTIC host and kindly helped us in any regards. We enjoyed our stay.

Schöne Unterkunft in Addo mit herrlichem Ausblick
Nette Gastgeberin, alles sauber und ordentlich, tägliche Reinigung. Von der Terrasse der Unterkunft sehr schöner Ausblick auf den Addo River und die Umgebung.

Schönes Zimmer, weniger schönes (in die Jahre gekommenes) Bad. Die Terrasse mit Blick auf den Sundays River ist schön. Es gibt ein eigenes Restaurant, das leider dienstags, als wir da waren, geschlossen war. Man fühlt sich in dieser Unterkunft im Vergleich nicht so sicher, da es in einer etwas komischen Umgebung gelegen ist und das Tor abends nicht verschlossen war.

Wunderschön direkt am Fluss gelegen mit toller grüner Umgebung, riesiger Bungalow mit voller Küchenausstattung (Supermarkt fußläufig zu erreichen), sauber, nur 10 min Autofahrt vom Main Gate des Addo Elefantenpark

Home away from home
Nach einer unglaublich netten Begrüßung und Einweisung für Addo und die Unterkunft, bekamen wir auf Nachfrage sogar einen Grill zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Einrichtung ist wirklich schön, einzig das fehlende Waschbecken in der Küche hat etwas gestört. Für eine Nacht sicherlich ein super Startpunkt für den Addo NP. Auch das angeschlossene Restaurant ist zu empfehlen. Liebe Lisa - Danke für das herzliche Willkommen, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Tolle Lage,tolles Cottage,hilfsbereite Gastgeberin
Wir haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt. Das Cottage hatte alles, was man braucht. Auch die Terrasse ist sehr schön. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt: An den Fenstern sind keine Mückengitter angebracht. Wir hatten zwar keine Probleme damit, weil wir von den 3 Nächten dort leider 2 Nächte starken Regen hatten, aber sonst ist die Mückenwahrscheinlichkeit sicher hoch. Alles in allem haben wir uns bei Lisa und ihren freundlichen Haustieren extrem wohl gefühlt und würden definitiv wieder dort übernachten.

Guter Ausgangspunkt für den Addo Park
Sehr sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Unbedingt empfehlenswert ist das Restsurant gleich daneben, das von ihrer Mutter betrieben wird. Super Essen, v.a. das Wildfleisch und riesige Portionen.
