Fantastic hotel, and extremely comfortable room. Cannot fault it at all. The only issue I would suggest is maybe a secure parking area for guests.

Check in/check out was easy, staff was really helpful. I booked in for 3 nights and had to cancel the last one to leave urgently for a job interview. I got my refund which is nice. Nice and clean, nothing fancy, pub meal but can hear people talking next room and the music from the bar.

Pleasant area very convenient as i was visiting friends in the immediate area. Only negatives were the noise from the exhaust system from the kitchen and no early dropbox for key ,overall very happy with my choice of staying in your establishment

Friendly Staff. Clean rooms, easy access to car park. Was quiet for a Saturday night. Comfortable beds. Would definitely recommend for the price. Had a meal at the pub for tea an it was fantastic.

To start with my room absolutely wreaked of cigarettes, at check in they specifically said no smoking in the room. Too bad the last 10 guest's had already done it. Down stairs wasn't much better, whilst trying to chew through the toughest steak I'd eaten in quite some time, i listened to a staff member swear, curse and complain about other members of staff to a manager who wasn't smart enough to shut it down and continue somewhere in private. This place is rough as they come, I will never visit again.
