"We have been staying here for 20+ years. The service is always excellent, the resort is in a prime location, most rooms have lake views. Cozy fires in the lobby during the fall & winter. The resort properties are, however, starting to show their age. The Lake House needs a makeover."

"The room looked better in the online photos when I booked. Our room had no curtains and the bathroom did not look like the one pictured either. Having said that the room was spacious, very clean, the bed and pillows were comfortable. The bath products are quality Beekman products. A suggestion would be to have some bathroom shelves to set toiletries on. We would stay here again."
