“I'd stayed here ten years ago when my son toured Paul Smith's. It seems to be new owner otherwise nothing has been updated, kept up or deep cleaned. Sheets might have been clean? Stray hairs & crumbs. Only 1 of the mattresses had a bed bug cover but not the other. A/C unit gave off such a smell it couldn't be used. Window screen badly torn. Room smelled and felt damp. “We stayed there for one night as we passed through the area on our travels. It is a charming hotel. We had a king studio that was located upstairs. I walk with a cane and there is no elevator so that was the only down side. The studio room was large and immaculately clean. It had a huge flat screen smart tv and a very comfortable couch. There was a small dining table and 2 chairs. The room had both a jetted tub and a shower. The coffee maker did not work but there was coffee in the lobby....

“It was really bleh. I was in room 12, i paid extra for the jacuzzi tub and didn't even use it, it didn't look clean. The bathroom has a lower ceiling, if you're 6' and over chances are you dont fit in the shower. The amenities were bad. The carpet in the room should be removed. If anything ask for room 1 to 11. In 12 you are in a renovated garage, you have two rooms over your head and you are located in the center of a parking lot. I would not book again. The check in is all via texts so thats...

“Great spot to stay while visiting Lake George”

“We went to dinner on Friday and lunch on Saturday and they were out of a lot of things on the menu. Ex: chicken wings, clams. Parking is a problem, not sure if they have enough spots for each room. The staff at the desk and restaurant were not the friendliest and service was slow at the restaurant. Pool section and beach was very nice.”
