โI was there to visit a relative in the Saranac Lake hospital. The hotel was an easy commute to the hospital. The room was great. It was nice to walk along the lake and in the town before visiting hours. I didnโt find many places to eat in town, which was a down-side. But the restaurant attached to the hotel was good and convenient.โ
โThe room was very clean, bed was comfortable. It looks like they're still working on the property exterior so it's not overly impressive so don't be put off. We would stay there again.โ
โIt was off season which may account for it being so quiet. The use of bikes, canoe, kayaks complete with life jackets all at your fingertips at no cost when ever you needed it, was great. And you are right on the lake!!!

โHigh peaks was great for our summer stay in lake placid. We were in the waterfront collection and the ease of lake and pool access from the room was amazing. The rooms were cozy and beds comfortable. I wish they had fixed the dock the other side of the lake to give more options to sit and view the lake. The included water activities was a real treat! I would love to see refillable water dispensers, they were nowhere to be found at the resort; in the summer especially, that would have been nice....

โResidences are a little outside of downtown but quiet and comfortable, and near to a lot of attractions in any direction. Having a kitchen is perfect for families who spend the days hiking or in outdoor activities and want a quiet place to eat and relax in the evening. Firepit was a bonus for winding down and sharing stories.โ
