โThe hotel was just right for myself &16 year old grandson's 3 day trip.We ate at restaurant several times,had spa treatments, he used weight room every day while i shopped in hotel gift shop or nearby stores.Lake Placid a short trip away with plenty of things to do as well.โ
โResidences are a little outside of downtown but quiet and comfortable, and near to a lot of attractions in any direction. Having a kitchen is perfect for families who spend the days hiking or in outdoor activities and want a quiet place to eat and relax in the evening. Firepit was a bonus for winding down and sharing stories.โ
โYou need to be in shape to get up the steep hill. Great location near Olympic museum and the heart of Lake Placid village. Take a walk or run around Mirror lake. โ
โI was surprised on how big the room was when we entered. Lots of space and even the bathroom was spacious.
Lots of parking amd close enough to main street where you can walk.
The breakfest in the morning was only ok. Everything was tempted but not superhot.
The one nice thing is that they offer coffee, tea 24/7.
I would definitely recommend to stay here.โ
