“Enjoyed a good meal at the restaurant on site, then spent the rest of the evening relaxing and reading in the common area. Enjoyed the lodge atmosphere and complimentary coffee in the morning.”

“Nice place to stay for a quick overnight. Basic amenities but very clean. The owner was very friendly, polite and helpful. The only negative I can recall was the walls are thin and I could hear snoring from the room next door but this was manageable. Otherwise, I nice stay on a memorable trip”

“We stayed one night in October and there was no one there when we got there or when we checked. Also the pub was supposed to be open but no one was there either. I assume it is not like this in high season but it was not a good experience.”

“Loved the quietness, even with a couple of bands on the property. It was well organized. The restaurant on the property was great and food was excellent. The room was cozy. Perfect for our needs and could have fit our whole family. I will visit again!”
